opyright is a legal right that protects original works of authorship (e.g., music, videos, etc.). Generally, copyright protects an original expression of an idea (e.g., the specific way a video or music is expressed or created) but does not protect underlying ideas or facts.
1. Weapons
To protect our community, wegenerally do not allow the depiction, trade, or promotion of firearms,ammunition, firearm accessories, or explosive weapons. We also prohibitinstructions on how to manufacture those weapons.
You may not, nor may you permit anyother person, to upload, share, publish, transmit or otherwise make availableon or through the Service any User Content that:
a. displays firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives or lethal enhancements; or
b. provides access to manufacturing instructions for firearms, firearms parts, ammunition, explosives or lethal enhancements.
2. Alcohol/tobacco/drugs
You may not, nor may you permit any other person, to upload, share, publish, transmit or otherwise make available on or through the Service any User Content that:
a. attempts to buy, sell, trade, donate or gift alcohol or tobacco products between private individuals, and is not posted by a page, group or social media profile representing a real brick and mortar store, legitimate website or brand;
b. attempts to buy, sell, trade, donate, gift, or solicit recreational drugs;
c. admits to the purchase or trade recreational drugs by the poster of the content by themselves or through others;
d. admits to personal use(without acknowledgment of or reference to recovery, treatment, or other assistance to combat usage) of recreational drugs; or
e. promotes, encourages, coordinates or provides instructions for use or make of recreational drugs.
3. Sanctions and Export Policy
You may not use any Nownaw Services if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Nownaw Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Nownaw Software),technology, and services.
You agree that you will not export or re-export, directly or indirectly the Services and/or other information or materials provided by Nownaw hereunder, to any country for which the United States or any other relevant jurisdiction requires any export license or other governmental approval at the time of export without first obtaining such license or approval. In particular, but without limitation, the Services may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S. embargoed countries or any country that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, or (b) to anyone listed on any U.S. Governmen tlist of prohibited or restricted parties, including the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Person’s List or Entity List.
The Services and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and(b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
